We needed to check out of the lobby at night. We were told we could do it with the security there but he was gone for a bit and we had about five ten minutes of a scare since we needed to leave for a flight. There was no emergency number at the counter while he was gone. Turned out ok but it was a tiny bit unpleasant.

ValerieПоездка вдвоём · Feb 11It is located in a working class district, but we felt safe and there was a wide variety of places to eat quite upscale and regular local restaurants. I also appreciate it a good solid bed and mattress.
The stuff was not very hospitable maybe because they didn’t speak English. They also charge for every thing that you might ask for such as an extra pillow an extra key. If you’re late bringing something back there were multiple charges listed.

Location is at the corner or inside the alleys. Not easy to grab a taxi. Far from the main road. The stay wasn't pleasant because the staff on duty on 8-9th November couldn't speak English and this made our stay not great. The staff can't speak or understand any English when asked to help call a cab. They said that they don't know about doing a cab. Otherwise, it would have been a great stay.

Water pressure very low. Some lizards on our floor (one got into our room). Some of the floor tiles in the shower were cracked.

Slečna v recepci byla velmi milá a ochotná se vším nám pomohla dokonce zavolala nám taxi, ještě jednou jí moc děkujeme. Byli jsme v tom hotelu po druhé a klidně se sem vrátíme když budeme v Bangkoku. Perfektní poloha, blízko do nákupního centra, 7/11 hned za rohem. Děkujeme
