Рядом ничего нет. Ни массажа, ни ресторанов, до моря далеко. Без машины никуда.

-ห้องน้ำไม่สะอาดมีขนติดเต็มไปหมด -พื้นที่บ้านเหนียวมาก -ห้องพัก1ห้องนอน ไม่ได้เลย น้ำแอร์หยด ห้องมีกลิ่นเหม็นอับ หลังเตียงก็สกปรก -ไม่มีระเบียบการเช็คอินเช็คเอ้าที่แน่นอน ไม่มีใครจะมาแจ้งอะไรเลย

The swimming pool was great

Everything was tired and worn, a lovely house that has been left to deteriorate, in need of love and attention. The TV didn't work, we did ring, apparently it was the cable?? Old TV not a smart TV. No Aircon in living room Sofa ripped and patched up One bedroom was locked, because there had been a leak in the roof 2 months prior, nothing done about it. It could be a lovely place, but no attention to detail. There's a plaque on the wall saying booking.com 9 out of 10 2017. None the pool lights worked and had missing tiles, floor and walls The photos we were looking at on booking.com were probably taken in 2017

I told him we would leave at 12 or so. I also left 60 bath, little one. My friend told me that the girl who came to clean asked her for 500 baht because there were more people than we said. When I rented the villa, I said that we would be 2 adults and 4 children, and that's exactly how many we were, except that the cleaning lady said that I only made a reservation for 2 people and I had to pay 500 baht, and my girlfriend paid for it without asking my opinion. I don't know how but I want the 500 back and it's also very rude of the staff to lie and ask for money

This is a spacious, well equipped and well maintained home in a quiet location

The Owner might consider replacing the micro wave - bit passed its prime

A serene oasis in a gated community with excellent security. The 3 bed, 3 bath house has absolutely everything you need for a self catering holiday, Air con in each bedroom was cold, with a full size fridge and washing machine. Excellent wifi. The best part about the property is the garden and pool which were outstanding. You must have your own transport to reach the compound. Overall an excellent choice and we would return again anytime...

Our only criticism was with the maintenance of parts of the property. But it is Thailand and nothing could detract from the fabulous stay that we had at Baan Chockchai 3.

Excellent position, quite gated Unit, perfect for 2 familles, well equipped. We will be back
