Ménage pas fait , pas bonne odeurs dans la chambre
This hotel was dirty and not good. I told them my hot water is not working many times but they didn't do anything. They said they would fix it but they didn't check. In one week they didn't clean the room also even when the clean room sign was on the door. I wouldn't stay here again.
Only good thing was the location. When we arrived, the toilet was leaking, shower head wasn’t working properly, bathroom was dirty and overall hotel was quite run down. We alerted staff, who tried to help which was good. Elevator was also under maintenance most days which made it difficult when lugging suitcases! You can also hear other guests coming home at 4 am with their friends, it was very loud.

Friendly Staff. Felt safe staying there as well, and within walking distance of multiple food venues.
Can you please take the four star on this hotel because this four star confuse people it's only about two and a half star
-Elevator not accessible from the ground floor . - Cluttered corridor to access the elevator. - Not suitable for baby in stroller or people with disabilities issues. -A lot of stairs -Furniture in the room minimal ( no side tables, no chair) -Really noisy place . -Massage parlor took a large place on the lobby/ ground floor. -Staff not helpful at all ( we were a family with 2 kids 1 - 3 years and someone with heart condition) We had to cancel our stay after 1 night. They refuse to compensate us. -There a lots of more interesting hotels around. Don’t go there!!!
I really enjoyed my stay at Sereneburi. It’s really well kept for Patong. I tried to extent my first stay here because the room and bed was so comfortable, but they were fully booked. Luckily they had vacancies later in my stay. It’s the best hotel I stayed at in Patong and I’m happy to recommend it to others. The AC was almost completely silent and worked perfectly
I loved my stay here at Sereneburi. I’m actually moving back there because my new hotel is awful. I knew I could count on Serenburi to be relaxing and nice. Would recommend
The hotel was in a good location, the cleaning staff were great,the tv didn't work,I asked them to sort it out 3 times,and nothing,but it was cheap.
