ดีมาก · จาก 214 รีวิวสรุปโดย AIMany guests report a very positive stay (great location, breakfast, clean rooms), but some guests felt unwelcomed or noted shortcomings (pool ambience, limited facilities), producing a generally positive but slightly mixed overall experience.
ความสะอาด8.5
Multiple reviewers praise room cleanliness and staff cleaning; one comment suggests it could be more hygienic in places, so overall cleanliness is above average but not perfect.บริการ7.5
Cleaning staff described as friendly and helpful, but some guests felt reception and breakfast staff did not engage with non-Thai guests and one guest felt unwelcome; service is mixed.ทำเล9.0
Consistently praised: central, close to beach, markets, esplanade and night market; excellent location is a standout feature.ห้องพัก8.0
Rooms described as spacious, well-equipped and clean; bed noted as very firm (typical for the region) — solid room quality overall.สิ่งอำนวยความสะดวก7.0
Limited on-property F&B and recreational facilities noted; pool is large but tucked between walls with poor ambience and minimal lounging space, lowering the amenities score.ความคุ้มค่า8.5
Several reviewers explicitly call it good value (including 'คุ้มค่า'); given location and breakfast included, perceived value is strong.อาหารและเครื่องดื่ม8.5
Breakfast repeatedly praised (excellent/very good/tasty) though one reviewer called it merely adequate; overall F&B is a positive point thanks to the breakfast offering.

Peterเที่ยวคนเดียว · Oct 10The room was big and had a good view.
Breakfast terrible unless you like cold food. Location is several blocks from restaurants and a few blocks from the beach. The bed is hard and staff seem to lack motivation.

Tout est parfait 👍
Michaelเที่ยวแบบคู่รัก · Apr 29Located in the city centre and a short walk from Prachuab's esplanade (a highlight), the hotel is well situated. The train station is also only a block or so away. Our room was spacious, and all the facilities worked as designed. The bed, like many Thai hotels, was very firm, but we are used to that now, having lived in the country for nearly a decade. A desk with a chair and two bedside tables were the only room furniture besides the bed. Given the spaciousness of the room, a lounge or a small two-chair cluster would have made it more comfortable.
The hotel's breakfast buffet was adequate, and the dining room can accommodate a good number of people, but most of the tables are configured for 6 people. Not any options for couples other than taking a big table. There seemed to be no other F&B options for guests (for in-between meals, lunch or dinner) within the hotel. The pool at the end on the third floor is tucked between the accomodation tower and (I think) their convention facilities. It's surrounded by towering blank walls on two sides and has no real outlook on the other two. There were two sun lounges, but no real space (or inviting ambience) to sit and relax. There were no other on-property recreational facilities we could find. Ultimately, we left feeling unwelcome. It was our impression that staff (reception, at breakfast, etc) are comfortable dealing with Thai national hotel guests, but did not engage with us as non-Thai guests.
