Tab Kaek Beach,
AIPredominantly very positive stays ('amazing', 'will definitely be back', 'wonderful stay'), though a few guests had dreadful experiences; overall guest sentiment is strongly favorable.
Mostly positive but lowered due to a report of a mould smell and one guest describing the room as run down; otherwise no widespread cleanliness complaints.
Frequently praised: staff described as helpful, friendly and professional (multiple mentions, spa therapist singled out). One isolated report of rude staff noted but overall service is a standout.
Excellent — repeatedly described as a dream location with a beautiful/private beach, great views of the Hong islands and immediate access to a national park; very romantic and scenic.
Rooms and beds repeatedly described as fantastic and very comfortable; one guest had an initially poor room and was upgraded, and there was a mould complaint, so slightly reduced from perfect.
Spa and beach amenities praised (good massages, photo-worthy grounds), but amenities impacted by a very small pool, some facilities not made available/explained and occasional service gaps.
Generally good experiences reported, but value is dented by billing issues (charged incorrectly at checkout), and some comments on price/performance of the restaurant.
Mixed: several guests praise delicious food and well-crafted cocktails, breakfasts are generally good and varied, but some noted breakfast should be better and restaurant food/blends were described as bland.

They were having building works done at the entrance which we were not advised about. The pool was dirty and the pool surrounds under the sun beds were dirty. This was the last place we stayed in in Thailand and the first whereby the staff were not at all attentive and did not clean regularly.
