AIDespite some clear negatives (cleanliness incidents, occasional indifferent service), the strong location, comfortable rooms and good pool/food experiences produced generally very positive overall stays for many guests.
Multiple reviews report hygiene issues (cockroaches in bathroom, bugs found in bread at breakfast) and problems with AC/hot water that affected perceived cleanliness.
Service sentiment is mixed in the reviews (some guests describe indifferent or poor service while others call staff very friendly and helpful); overall many mentions of friendly/helpful staff justify a strong score.
Location repeatedly praised: very close to beaches, shops and restaurants; described as 'perfect' and 'near the beach' in several reviews.
Rooms praised for size, king-size beds and direct pool access (moon deck comfortable), with some minor negatives (poor lighting, occasional room moves, noise from housekeeping).
Good pool facilities and room-to-pool access, plus lobby water purifier and library; some notes about rooftop pool aesthetics and missing parasol/lights on moon deck.
At least one review explicitly calls out poor value for money and others imply extra charges or disputes (e.g., charged for broken glass or missing items), lowering perceived value.
Breakfast described as rich and varied and pool a la carte food praised, but at least one serious issue reported (bugs in bread) which tempers the rating.

Iouliaเที่ยวแบบคู่รัก · Aug 21Soggiorno molto piacevole e siamo rimasti davvero soddisfatti.

אביתרเที่ยวแบบคู่รัก · Jul 21The absolute worst place in Thailand. Terrible service; the staff are indifferent, act as if they’re doing you a favor, and do everything half-heartedly. Poor value for money.
