I really couldn't say there was anything I didn't like it was a great place to stay

I could feel the springs of the mattress in my back. My son’s bed was a little better but I ended up with extreme neck and back pain and I am convinced it’s from the mattress. Very limited food at Breakfast, very busy and not enough food for guests. We had to go pay for breakfast at a restaurant outside. Reception staff are not the friendliest. We’ve stays at The Waters and the Sands (sister hotels) and the staff attitude was very disappointing in comparison
Oxanaเที่ยวคนเดียว · Aug 25Es war alles super. Von der Ankunft bis zur Abreise lieg alles reibungslos. Bei Ankunft gab es ein kühles nasses Handtuch in Minze getaucht mit einem Erfrischungsgetränk. Nach der langen Anreise war das wirklich ein toller Empfang. Das Zimmer war immer sauber. Das Personal sehr freundlich und das Frühstück reichlich und lecker!! Lage ist auch Top!
Schade war, dass man beim Partnerhotel für den Schwimmbereich für Kinder den vollen Eintritt zahlen musste und es da keine Vergünstigung gab.
