Many guests praise clean, spacious rooms, but multiple reviews report strong sewage/pipe odors in certain rooms and a few mentions of small bugs—mixed overall.
Staff are frequently described as friendly and helpful, with free upgrades and daily water noted; however several guests reported unhelpful staff, forced luggage handling, and a very poor shuttle experience.
Consistently praised as central, quiet yet close to the main street, within walking distance of eateries, markets, beach and conveniences (7-Eleven, bike rentals).
Rooms often described as spacious, comfortable and well-furnished with occasional free upgrades; some rooms suffered from odors, noise near reception, and minor maintenance issues (window lock, very clean glass causing collisions).
On-site restaurant/cafe and bakery are repeatedly mentioned as convenient; complimentary water and coffee in rooms and helpful onsite services are positives.
Multiple guests explicitly note good value/quality-for-price, calling the hotel a very good option for the price.
The on-site restaurant and menu receive positive mentions, as do the cafe and bakery on the premises.

oneillเที่ยวแบบคู่รัก · Apr 22The staff were very welcoming and helpful. The room was clean, spacious and well furbished. Good location and walking distance from eateries, 7-eleven, bike rentals etc. The hotel even has a cafe which makes it very convenient. We had such a pleasant stay here, definitely would recommend.
İremเที่ยวเป็นกลุ่ม · Apr 20Hotel was clean and location was good not too far from center or to restaurants or beaches.
Staff was not really kind or helpful. Room was smelling a bit bad I think because of old infrastructure also. After lobby you have to take off your shoes which was challenging and weird.
Empfehlenswert
Janเที่ยวแบบคู่รัก · May 2Velký, krásný a čistý pokoj, příjemný personál a atmosféra.
