Ao Nang Beach,
AIOverall mostly very positive family-friendly experiences, excellent staff and facilities, tempered by a few practical issues (kids playroom safety, occasional room dampness, distance to beach for some).
Generally reported as clean in many reviews (clean, 'super limpo', 'propreté'), but a few mentions of rooms being slightly muffy/damp when AC is off lowered score.
Service repeatedly praised across languages: friendly, attentive staff, warm welcome and good family service; described as a highlight of stays.
Location seen as a plus for tranquillity and proximity to Ao Nang night market and local amenities, though a few guests noted it is a bit off the main road or 'far from the sea'.
Rooms described as comfortable, spacious and quiet with good pool-access options, but occasional issues reported (mild damp/musty smell, some wear).
Strong amenities: very good pool, gym, kids activity room, massage and on-site tour services; some safety/maintenance issues noted in kids play area (broken toys, unsafe trampoline) and occasional shortage of loungers.
Multiple reviews explicitly state excellent value/quality-price ratio and satisfaction with what they received for the price.

Check in and check out took sometime

Arzuเที่ยวกับครอบครัว · Aug 20De swim up kamers zijn ideaal. Zwembaden zijn lux. Voldoende ruimte.
Emmaเที่ยวกับครอบครัว · Aug 17De swimuproom is echt zalig!
Karolเที่ยวกับครอบครัว · Aug 13Väskkillarna var glada och leende.
