The balcony view of the city we had wasn’t the best And the shower had no hot water it was only Luke warm and the drainage was very slow. The air conditioner was a bit noisy

The humidity is quite intense outside and inside the hotel but when in AC everything is pefect

Very disappointed in their phone system, tried over 10 times thru out the day to contact someone at the hotel, their automated answering system does not work, it gives you options to select, but doesn’t do anything and just hangs up
DylanAlleinreise · Jun 11Everything was great I had an amazing view from my room and it was nice they had a tuk tuk service to the mrt station it made it very easy! Once there you could go anywhere and Everyone was very friendly laundry service was right across the street and the 7/11 at the entrance was very convenient for the late night or early snack runs I will stay here again my next trip

Fridge wasnt very cold ,didnt double/king beds ?? singles join together ,extra pillows ,tea coffee not provided?? swimming pool didnt have a shallow end 1.7 metre allround , not kid friendly

Breakfast only has two different fruits. With such abundance and variety, it's incomprehensible.
