English We did not like anything. The room did not look like the photos shown at all; it was very dirty and covered with mold everywhere. This can be harmful to health. Therefore, we did not check in and contacted both Booking.com and the hotel to request a free cancellation, as we had already paid in advance. However, nothing happened. We spoke with the staff, and the woman was horrible, rude, and awful. Therefore, we decided to consider our money lost and upload photos of the room here so that no other guests book this hotel in advance and have the same experience.
