Sauberkeit6,5
Mixed reports: many guests praised clean, spotless rooms, but several reports of no hot water and a strong sewer smell in at least one room lowered the score.Service8,8
Consistently positive: multiple mentions of friendly, helpful staff, quick repairs, and a notably cheerful cleaner; reception described as skilled and efficient.Lage9,0
Frequently praised as an excellent location for nightlife and convenience, close to restaurants, bars, laundry and transport — a clear strength.Zimmer6,9
Mixed: several reviewers found rooms modern and clean, but others noted small room sizes, soft/mismatched beds (two singles) and some noise from nearby construction.Ausstattung6,1
Gym and pool are positives (well-equipped gym, nice pool), but repeated planned/actual pool closures for renovation and lack of AC in the gym reduced the score.Preis-Leistung6,9
Generally perceived as fair value by some guests (good price/quality), though unexpected amenity closures and occasional service issues tempered perceptions of value.Essen und Getränke6,9
Breakfast frequently mentioned as very nice with European and Thai options; hotel food noted as good and reasonably priced, but limited mentions overall.

not lucky for this stay, Sri lankan team of children come for a taekwondo tournament and stay one week , got a lot of sri lankan childrens at swimming pool ( about 10 or 15 sri lankan childrens on fire ) all day long every day from morning till evening who scream ,plash , run , talk so loud , was disrespectful , that was a nightmare for all guest's and no manager say to children to calm down a little bit ... i was a customer but i will never come back again to pplus , i dont want to have that type of surprise again.
