KI-ZusammenfassungGenerally very positive with many repeat guests and recommendations due to location, cleanliness and staff; a minority of stay-affecting issues (odors, shower temp, early noise) lower the overall score slightly.

Sauberkeit8,8
Mostly described as very clean/spotless and recently renovated, but a few guests reported strong odors in specific rooms (marijuana/pungent smell) and one room was described as very stuffy, requiring a room change.
Service9,3
Consistently praised staff: friendly, helpful, fast check-in, and specific mention of excellent front-desk service (early check-in allowed and warm reception).
Lage9,2
Repeatedly described as central and very convenient (close to ferries, restaurants, shops). A minority noted early-morning mosque prayer broadcasts are noisy for some rooms.
Zimmer8,6
Rooms described as modern, comfortable beds and feel new/renovated; negatives include limited storage in some rooms and unstable shower temperature in some units.
Ausstattung9,0
Mentioned fast check-in, quiet rooms, and that the hotel offers activities at reasonable prices; overall amenities are adequate and support a positive stay.
Preis-Leistung9,1
Multiple guests explicitly called this good value or reasonable for price, especially in low season; housekeeping and service noted as included/consistent.
Essen und Getränke8,9
Standard quality for this hotel tier

Staff was friendly , and the property was clean and tidy .

Someone was smoking weed in the hotel and I could literally smell it all night in my room . That’s why I left one night earlier couldn’t stay there longer

Brilliant, hotel and service; thanks

Central Phi Phi, a minute from both beaches. Modern, executive feel - spacious rooms, big bed and super shower 👍

Nothing, would have loved a pool but those options elsewhere on the island

The staff was amazing. Excellent location. They even sent someone to help us with our luggage from the ferry to the hotel. The room was clean and pleasant. Amazing value for money.

It’s worth noting that this isn’t a resort with a stunning view. For the low price, however, you get a nice, large, clean room with powerful air conditioning and a shower with hot water and good pressure—plus even beach towels.
