During my stay, I was in room 503. On the last night, the air conditioner stopped working in the middle of the night, so I could not rest well. I hope this can be checked and improved.

Si vous voulez un silence absolu ce n'est peut-être pas l'idéal car les avions au départ de Chiang Mai passe au-dessus de l'hôtel, mais ce n'est pas non plus très bruyant.
Lucinda MaeReise als Paar · Jan 20Breakfast was great, had everything that was needed. The room and view were excellent with unlimited complimentary cold bottled water. The staff were impeccable, you won't find a hotel with better staff service.
Open plan hotel meant that there were a lot of mosquitoes around in common areas (not in our room though). Location was a little challenging compared to a place we stayed at recently. A little harder to walk to Maya and around as the street its on is off a very busy road with little accessible paths.
