Water pressure for the shower on the 5th floor was up and down constantly. Didn't like that at all, but that was my only gripe. Great hotel :)

The menu doesn't include pork products. The hotel is located about a kilometre off the main roadworthy few shops close. However a new 7/11 store has just opened next door.

The toilet doesn’t provide any clothes hanger, so you need to figure it out.

We stayed at Laguna Grand Hotel & Spa Songkhla during our road trip and unfortunately the experience did not match the pricing or expectations of a resort property. The hotel looks impressive in photos, but several important facilities and services were disappointing. The swimming pool was closed during our stay and this was not informed before check-in. The room AC was not working properly, making it uncomfortable in Thailand’s heat. Even the lobby air conditioning was switched off most of the time, which gave a poor first impression for arriving guests. Food pricing was at almost 5-star hotel levels, but the food quality and taste did not justify the cost. Breakfast options were also very limited and items were not refilled properly during busy hours. The property has good infrastructure and potential, but maintenance, transparency, and overall guest service need serious improvement. Travellers, especially families with children, should confirm the status of facilities before booking. Additionally, I was charged 380 baht, for frame which contained, bar code for ordering the food, that fell from bed, the mirror was ok but frame broke.. seems like it was place to charge you. Be careful while booking….

GeertReise in der Gruppe · Apr 23Wonderful hotel. Nice big comfy rooms with extra large tv with English spoken channels. Nice swimming pool. Good restaurant with a huge variaty in cocktails, drinks and food.
Nothing bad to tell about this place.
