This was a last minute booking as my original booking was unable to be fulfilled due to the room being water damaged. The staff at Best Western are wonderful very helpful and friendly at the front desk would stay there again. Shout out to the Wotif customer service lady who organized the emergency booking she was great. 👍👍👍

清掃で午後４時になっても清掃がしてないときあり、また タオルがセットしていない時あり
It was a good hotel. The service equivalent with the others. Very good if you travel with a friend. Can still smell the cannabis smoke coming through the fan in our toilet , we don’t know if other rooms did but the control coming very quick when the smoke from the microwave come out after we burnt the bread, so they shoul know it when somebody do it in their room.
4 nights in Bangkok, for us the perfect location, close to Rama 9 great hotel and great street food in the neighbourhood
Comfortable bed, great air con, good shower. Friendly staff, 5 stars to PimPim on reception!
