Service9,0
Staff and front-desk repeatedly praised as exceptional, helpful and friendly across reviews.
Lage9,0
Consistently highlighted as a major positive: adjacent to Robinsons/Terminal 21, close to Asok BTS and Soi Cowboy — described as 'brilliant' and 'best value for the location.'
Zimmer8,0
Rooms described as spacious, comfortable and upgraded with a large fridge and good shower; minor negatives noted (no window, building described as somewhat old).
Ausstattung8,5
In-room amenities noted positively (large refrigerator, functioning shower temperature); no broad on-site amenity complaints mentioned.
Preis-Leistung9,0

Fantastic !!

This Hotel Is FANTASTIC !!!! .. What A Value For The $$ ... The Room Was HUGE , The Staff Was Super Friendly & Helpful . And The Location ... UNBEATABLE .. 2 Min Walk To Pier 21 ( Terminal 21 ) . I HIGHLY Recommend This Hotel . You'll Love It !!

The Only Downside Is The Bathtub . It VERY High Off The Ground . & Requires Some HIGH Stepping To Get In It .. But DO NOT Let That Dissuade You From Stayin Here . This Hotel Is AMAZING !!!
