Sehr schöne ruhige Lage. Tolles Ambiente, sehr sehr freundliches und zuvorkommendes Personal.

Leider ist der Strand zwar zum relaxen traumhaft schön, aber Schwimmen ist nur eingeschränkt möglich. ( Ebbe / Flut ) Es gibt leider sehr viele Felsen und Steine groß und klein im Meer.

We really enjoyed our time in Anantara, the staff was so welcoming, helpful and friendly. A special thanks to the kids club staff, our kids enjoyed their time playing and doing craft and activities.

The setting is amazing and the views stunning. The pool is very nice and also the beach.

Staff was not nice at all. Although relative attentive most of the reception staff ignored us most of the time. The pool staff try their best but I think they should have more staff as the wait times were sometimes long and caused the staff to be impatient. Also, we were traveling with a baby and the resort is mostly NOT accessible. We could call a golf cart but our room initially had many stairs and was presented as a “family room” but did not suit us at all. We had to ultimately upgrade our room to a ground floor room, at extra cost. All the while the reception didn’t relate to our struggles, I’d expect more from a “luxury” resort, which this is, only by location. Breakfast was good but also there some of the staff were lacking with minimal hosting attitude.

The property is well maintained, clean and with everything that you need at a basic five star facility.

The golf cars system which doesn’t make sense for such a small property. The restaurants & bars are quite expensive with long wainting time for service which makes the residents to dine ooutside the property. It’s is cheaper to take the taxi and eat, than stay inside. The current staffing level exceeds requirements, and the team lacks the training standards expected of a 5-star hotel.

Absolutely beautiful resort with exceptional service and a relaxing atmosphere. The villa was stunning, the private pool made the stay even more special, and the beach and resort grounds were beautiful. The staff were warm, attentive and genuinely welcoming throughout my stay. One of the highlights of my trip to Thailand

Nothing significant. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and only wish I could have stayed longer.

Hôtel pas bien placé et loin avec nécessite de prendre un taxi pour aller au centre Plage très moyenne Restauration hors de prix Services pas digne d un 5 étoiles : nous avons demandé de faire rechauffer un dîner que nous avions commandé en dehors de l hôtel : on nous a demandé 300 bahts par plat !!! Chambres sombres

الغرفة لا تدخلها الشمس اطلاقاً ومكتومه بشكل عجيب مما ينعكس على رائحة الغرفة .

تعرضنا للدغات من حشرات في الغرفة عند المسبح لم نعرف ماهي وانتهت إقامتنا في المنتجع وسافرنا إلى بوكيت ولا زالت آثار لدغات الحشرة مما استدعنا لطلب دكتور وأخذ مضادات وإبر لهذه اللدغات أتمنى يهتمون في تحديد اثاث الغرفة وتنظيف الغرفة بشكل سليم مع التعقيم ورش المبيدات لمكافحة الحشرات .
