The hotel is beautiful, spacious, and impressive. The breakfast is excellent and offers a great variety of options. The staff are absolutely amazing, incredibly kind, welcoming, and friendly!

Everything feels a little outdated. The sunbeds by the pool are dirty, with what looks like mold on them. Our room had an open bathroom layout, with the toilet located inside the room rather than in a separate enclosed bathroom. There was only one door, which could close off either the toilet area or the shower area, but not both at the same time. This was very uncomfortable for us as a couple, and it also meant that unpleasant odors spread throughout the room whenever someone used the toilet. The view from our room overlooked the hotel’s operational area, which was also disappointing and unpleasant.

The people! Shine, Max, Boy and Lucio were all amazing and felt like friends! Anything we needed they were on hand and so friendly. The breakfast was super yummy and loved sitting out by the pond and trees. Everyone works incredibly hard.☺️ Our room was lovely and big, the bathrooms are gorg! And even when it rains, it’s so cosy being up in the tree tops. One of the best things is the gym and facilities, we tried daily ice baths and sauna. Beam was a great guide through that, we enjoyed our stay thoroughly and would recommend this hotel to anyone who wants a relaxing high end stay!

The service staff at breakfast were absolutely delightful, and the food was fantastic. We also had dinner at Gaia one evening and it was delicious! The wellness centre was a real highlight, with a steam room, sauna, ice bath and gym. We absolutely loved it and would highly recommend making use of the facilities. The pool area was also lovely, with food and drink service available whenever you felt like it. There was a good mix of shade and sunshine, so you could relax comfortably while still getting that Thai summer glow! All of the staff were incredibly pleasant, friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Our room was the perfect size, complete with a bath, and it was cleaned daily with fresh towels provided. Overall, we had a wonderful stay.

El personal super agradable y atento a cualquier requerimiento. Tuvimos un pequeño problema con una excursión contratada y se deshicieron por solucionar el asunto. El hotel es magnífico con unas habitaciones super bonitas y confortables. Lucho en el desayuno un crack de persona. Todo genial.

El año pasado estuvimos en este hotel y la experiencia fue espectacular por eso hemos repetido este año. Nos encanta el hotel, la limpieza el desayuno pero lo que más destaco es la atención del personal , son encantadores y serviciales. En especial destacaría a Alex cada mañana nos recibía con una gran sonrisa , es muy atento y siempre está disponible para todo lo que necesites . Repetiremos una y mil veces más.

De sfeer, locatie en personeel alles klopt. Elk detail. Heel schoon, niks kapot Erg goed onderhouden... Heel rustig. Omgeving met mooie bomen, vlinders en zelfs eekhoorntjes gezien.
