Personal inmejorable

La atención del personal, concretamente Eaw, que llevaba las maletas, es la persona más alegre y que contagiaba energía que hemos conocido. Solo teniéndolo a él te daba una alegría inmensa. Además de ser súper atento y profesional.

Lo único que no tenía enchufe en las dos partes de la cama.

素敵なロケーションと最高の食事なのにとても残念

とにかく立地が素晴らしい。目の前にビーチが広がりずっと眺めていた。雨季で湿気があったが美しい夕日や朝の虹を楽しめた。また、朝食が非常に美味しく、海を見ながらの朝食が毎朝の楽しみだった。プールサイドやビーチ沿いでのランチも素晴らしかった。建物は若干古さもあったが清掃が行き届き清潔だった。

プールデラックスルームを予約していたが、最初の日は予約と異なりデラックスルームに案内された。違うと訴えたが空いていないため1日その部屋に泊まり2日目からプールデラックスルームへの宿泊となった。 2階のデラックスシービュールームへの無料アップグレードも提案されたが、そもそも何も伝えずダウングレードされたことに非常に失望した。プール、レストラン、清掃の人達の感じも良かったにも関わらず、最初にその対応があったことでせっかくの素敵な滞在に影を落としてしまったことが本当に悲しい。

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Our stay at Beyond Resort was absolutely wonderful. The hotel is beautiful, with breathtaking ocean views that create a relaxing and unforgettable atmosphere. The location is perfect—literally just a few steps away from everything you need, including restaurants, shops, and the beach. The service was exceptional from the moment we arrived. A special thank you to Aum and Dang for their warm welcome, professionalism, and outstanding hospitality. They made us feel valued and ensured that every part of our stay was smooth and enjoyable. The facilities are excellent, well-maintained, and offer everything needed for a comfortable vacation. Considering the quality of the hotel, the service, and its prime location, it offers outstanding value for money. I highly recommend Beyond Resort to anyone visiting Phuket, and I look forward to staying here again.

A quiet haven in a busy area

The breakfast was very good. The restaurant is located right on the beach (second floor). There is a large variety to choose from, both Thai and American.

They have a great pool bar with swim up seats. There is no music so the atmosphere is very quiet. The hotel in general is very quiet which could be a huge bonus as you are surrounded by a very busy area. Very vibey, lots of restaurants, bars, beach clubs and shops.

מלון נחמד מאוד , באנו לא בעונה העמוסה לכן המלון היה בשיפוצים, שזה קצת הפריע. סה"כ מלון מאוד נחמד, מיקום מעולה ושקט , מול הים, בריכה מאוד יפה ונעימה, הבר היה סגור לרגל שיפוצים אז גם ממנו לא נהנו. סה"כ מאוד מומלץ למי שמחפש שקט

Heerlijk gewoon .... Als het kon boekte we nog 1 week extra . Jammer maar aan alle mooie sprookjes

Als we aankwamen in het hotel werden we gelijk geholpen . We kregen gelijk een verwelkomingsdrankje . Onze kamer was eerder klaar dus konden gelijk naar onze kamer . En dan ...Het zicht vanuit onze kamer . Het was net een prentje zoals in je droom . Mmmm het groot bed , lekker zacht . ruime badkamer . gezellig terrasje . kortom gewoon perfect . En dan de bediening , je werd er bediend als een koning . Mr Pol voor de cocktails . Miss Pheung en Mr Nihorn voor de bediening in't restaurant en het ontbijt . Ja gewoon .... we missen ze .
