KI-ZusammenfassungOverall impression is positive for many visitors (friendly staff, nice pool, tranquil setting), tempered by accessibility, maintenance, and occasional service issues.

Sauberkeit7,2
Mixed reports: several guests praise excellent cleaning, while multiple reviews mention old or torn linens and occasional lack of cleanliness in rooms.
Service8,4
Generally praised — staff repeatedly described as friendly and helpful, though isolated reports note a rude receptionist and some front-desk issues.
Lage8,6
Frequently cited as a strength: quiet, tucked-away spot with good views and proximity to services, though many note a steep climb and distance from Patong.
Zimmer6,6
Rooms are mixed: some suites with kitchens are appreciated, but many guests report old furniture, hard mattresses, and shower problems requiring refurbishment.
Ausstattung8,6
Strong amenity sentiment: the pool and on-site restaurant are highlighted positively; some units offer kitchen facilities and a shuttle service to the beach.
Preis-Leistung6,8
Mixed value perception: a few guests find the price acceptable, but recurring comments about ageing facilities and maintenance issues reduce perceived value.
Essen und Getränke6,6
Mixed feedback: restaurant and in-room cooking are praised by some, while breakfast options are criticized (e.g., only eggs) and F&B quality is uneven.

Staff, facilities, the coffee is unreal!

Very steep hill, but shuttles run up and down to the beach

It was a comfortable relaxing affordable hotel

It was very clean quiet and calming. Great pool .the food was really nice. Value for money.

Maybe if you’re walking the hill.. But they do have a free shuttle bus.. And being in the hill provides the serenity.

I will never come again

I'm sorry, there was nothing but eggs for breakfast at the facility.

The people working there look down on others; the receptionist, a woman with glasses, caused us problems when we first arrived.

Overkommelige priser. Mange forskellige gode service Godt agentur for udflugter.
