Lauter Nachbar, Sauberkeit
NareeratReise in der Gruppe · Sep 19It was hard to find the property because google maps didn’t give us the correct coordinates. The room that we booked wasn’t clean at all, there were burnt cigarettes in the couches cup holders. There were dead cockroaches on the floor and in the utensils drawers. The washing machine didn’t work correctly, it was always showing some error codes and constantly stopping the washing. The freezer sometimes stopped freezing so all of our stuff in there was melting. The fan in the kitchen was dirty and not clean. There were grease all over it and had some dust.
OmanandReise als Paar · Sep 9I had a wonderful stay and was very happy with my experience. The hotel was clean, comfortable and well maintained, and the staff were always friendly, polite and helpful. The room was comfortable and had everything I needed for an enjoyable stay. The location was also very convenient, and I felt relaxed and welcomed throughout my time there. The service was excellent and I really appreciated the hospitality from the staff. Overall, I had a very pleasant experience and would definitely recommend this hotel to other travellers. I would be happy to stay here again in the future. Thank you to all the staff for making my stay so enjoyable. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
