Hansar Bangkok Hotel

Tolle Lage, direkt an der Siam Bahn. Super nettes Personal, der Chef auch immer beim Frühstück dabei und geschaut dass alles zur Zufriedenheit ist. Zimmer sehr geräumig und sehr sauber. WLAN hat super Geschwindigkeit für Streaming. Ist definitiv ein weiteren Aufenthalt wert! Ausserdem ist der Raumduft in der Lobby ultra nice. Leider ist es ein eigener Duft des Hotels den man nicht käuflich für zu Hause erwerben kann.

Das Hansar hat eine sehr beruhigende und edle Atmosphäre. Ich konnte während meines Aufenthaltes förmlich spüren dass hier auf tolle Materialien geachtet wurde! Die Aufteilung der Zimmer und das Interieur ließen mich nach den reizüberladenen Tagen Bangkoks sofort zur Ruhe kommen. Im Arbeits- und Wohnzimmer erzeugten die Pflanzenwand und der haptisch erhabene Teppich in wunderbares Ambiente. Pool, Fitness und Wellnessbereich sind fantastisch, vom Team ganz zu schweigen! Alles super komme unbedingt wieder! Und klare Empfehlung!

Was mir nicht gefallen hat: ganz klar. Das ich nur eine Nacht gebucht hatte, weil ich mir dachte „Ich schau mir das Hotel erstmal an und verlängere wenn es mir gefällt.“ und dann war es ausgebucht. 😂 Macht nicht den selben Fehler!

Die Mitarbeiter sind sehr zuvorkommend! Das Frühstück hatte sehr gute Qualität mit wechselnden Angeboten und frischen Säften. Das Zimmer hatte einen fantastischen Ausblick und das Bett war sehr bequem. Vorallem die Bettwäsche war sehr weich! Wir kommen bei unserem nächsten Aufenthalt sehr gern wieder!

Es gibt nichts auszusetzen!!!!

I appreciated the polite staff and spacious room. The room had a great view and it was quiet.

The finishings of the interior were not up to the level of the rest of the hotel. There were little cracks in the tiles of the shower areas and the drain didn’t fully work.

Would absolutely come back to this hotel. Best one we had in Thailand.

Location, facility and staff

It was a very good experience. However, hotel policy of holding on to 4,000 BHT as security is not justified especially when they checked and verified at the end of stay that there was no usage of mini bar or damage to the property. Still I was told that 4000 BHT will be credited back to my credit card in 7 to 14 days. These funds shouldn't have been charged in the first place and after verification at the end of stay, decision to charge them or not to charge them should have been taken.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour ! La piscine est superbe, la salle de sport très agréable et les cocktails du bar vraiment excellents. Le personnel est adorable, très accueillant et toujours aux petits soins. La chambre est confortable et le lit très agréable. Et surtout, mention spéciale pour le petit-déjeuner, qui est vraiment exceptionnel ! Beaucoup de choix, très varié et tout était délicieux, des jus aux plats salés et sucrés.

The breakfast experience was exceptional, offering guests the flexibility to enjoy a freshly prepared à la carte selection or choose from the well-presented buffet. The dining facilities were excellent, and the staff demonstrated outstanding professionalism, attentiveness, and genuine hospitality. Their commitment to delivering high-quality service is one of the key reasons I would confidently recommend this hotel to others.

What I appreciated most about Hansar Bangkok was its excellent room facilities, the exceptional professionalism and hospitality of the staff, the high-quality breakfast, and the attentive service provided by the restaurant team. The hotel’s convenient location and generous room upgrade further enhanced my experience, making this my best stay at Hansar Bangkok to date. I look forward to returning within the next two months.
