KI-ZusammenfassungOverall positive for short stays and budget travelers: excellent location and good value offset by occasional cleanliness and small bathroom issues.

Sauberkeit6,0
Mixed reports: several guests note dirty showers, stained or torn sheets and occasional lack of thorough cleaning, while others describe rooms as clean and tidy. Overall slightly below average.
Service8,0
Generally helpful and friendly staff (bag storage offered, attentive service reported), though a few guests reported unresponsiveness or rudeness on occasion.
Lage9,0
Consistently praised: very close to Khao San Road, river boat, pier and bus stops; quiet yet within minutes of main attractions and shops (7‑Eleven nearby).
Zimmer7,5
Rooms vary: some guests praise spacious rooms, good AC and comfortable beds; others mention hard mattresses, small bathrooms, connecting doors and minor maintenance issues (e.g., rotted toilet door).
Ausstattung6,5
Basic on‑site amenities include laundry service and a 7‑Eleven at the entrance; however the hotel lacks breakfast and on‑site F&B options, so amenities are limited.
Preis-Leistung8,5
Multiple guests highlight very reasonable prices and good value for the location and room quality, especially for short stays.
Essen und Getränke5,5
Generally absent: many guests mention there is no breakfast service at the hotel, relying instead on nearby eateries and convenience stores.

Matige kamer, vooral overslaan

Lekkere airco, warme douche, locatie, genoeg ruimte.
