地點方便離機場也很近，房間乾淨大間，站在電梯旁的工作人員非常貼心有禮貌，好幾次主動詢問需求!

沒有附牙刷，冷氣還是抽風有點大聲，半夜會被飛機聲吵醒

The best hotel in Chiang Mai

I had a minor issue with my nails(my nail peeled back deep) and was trying to figure it out in the first-floor restroom. Suddenly, the hotel manager offered to help me and provided first aid, even though it wasn't her job. I really appreciate her help and kindness, as well as the rest of the staff at this hotel. Everyone is so kind, and I also loved the breakfast here. It was my third time staying at this hotel (annual business trip) and I will choose this next year for sure.

Location good, but loud noise-- difficult to rest. The room has too many angles and steps-- which is dangerpus.

Stay on 4F near the road, the noise was loud. Heard even the traffic light for pedestrain. At night, loud music came in the room til almost 1. The room layout in my room was bad. The bedroom hidden behind the bathroom, no view. If u want view from bedroom, you have to look through toilet. The sliding door to toilet is bad with step which might hurt you at night. And the toilet floor has steps which is not good. The room has a musty odor.

Nothing really. One possible thing that may bother some people (not us heavy sleepers) would be aircraft noise as it is in the take-off zone, flights start at 5:45 AM

يوجد ملاحظة لم تعجبني نهائيا وارجو ان يكون لها حل وهي التدخين فلايسمح بالتدخين بجانب الفندق ولايوجد اماكن مخصصة للتدخين الا في الشارع مع العلم انه يوجد بلكونه في الغرفة ولكن لايسمح بالتدخين !!وشكرا للاخ جوم لمساعدته لنا في حل مشكله الغرفة وكان متعاونا معنا كثيرا فشكرا ،،،
