私は予約時にプール付きの部屋かと勘違いして予約をしましたが、実際はプールがないお部屋でした。6歳の子供がいてプールを楽しみにしていたので、最初は予約を後悔しましたが、担当のButlerの方がとても親切でcooking のアクティビティにも柔軟に対応して頂き、プールがなくても滞在中楽しく快適に過ごせました。

周りに放し飼いの犬が数匹いたので、飼い犬の散歩に出るのが怖かったです。時には3頭が吠えながら近づいて来ました。向かえの飼い犬のようですが、犬の散歩には少し気を使います。

The Onsen unit is very well maintained and fully secured with its own private gate and fence, so my dog can wander around safely and freely — a lovely bonus 🐶✨

While comfortable overall, the design could be more chic and thoughtfully styled, and the parking area would feel nicer if kept tidier, as there were quite a few leaves 🍃✨

My stay in Te Mata Glamping was astonishing, the staff were very friendly, professional and organised. Me and my family we really enjoyed the stay and the staff are really very helpful and very respectful and gentle specially Sann she was our butler and she did her best to serve us and make our stay more comfortable, when I first get to the villa I was late in check in, however I found Sann and her team are already waiting in the villa. I asked for Standard birthday party and it was well organised. The breakfast they are serving was great even the special breakfast was better, I was struggling with my son food so they provided me with other meal that is not even in the menu. Sann was always checking up on us to make sure that we have what we need. The villa was spacious, very clean, we had complementary water and beverages, the bathrooms were very clean like new, we had two TVs with Netflix subscription, the house keeping team did very good job cleaing the villa. The view was another story you just can't stop seeing the beauty from there, and the pool was heated so you can enjoy it all the day. The very best part is the villa 360 has very very high privacy so you can enjoy with your family with comfort. We also enjoyed the quietness during the night it was great. Everything single thing was amazing and beyond our expectations. I want to thank Sann and her team for taking care of us during our stay. I recommend it

توقعت وجود اماكن مخصصه للمشي في الطبيعه ، ولكن فعليا المنتجع مكون من اماكن سكن منفصله ومسوره وخاصه لا يوجد اماكن مشتركه للنزهه. لايوجد مطاعم او سوبرماركت قريب رسوم التوصيل بالتاكسي غاليه جدا
