Enjoyable experience staying at this hotel. Staff very professional, helpful and pleasant.

Stylish hotel located in a quiet street only 5 mins walk to main shops, bars and restaurants. Staff were very polite and helpful. Room was very well decorated and comfortable with air conditioning. Wooden slide shutters on the window keep the room dark for better sleep ins.

Bed mattress is quite firm but this common across hotels in Thailand.

In a quiet area, but still very close to the beach, bars and shopping malls. Everyone who works here is super friendly and helpful! I would highly reccomend staying here to anyone who is visiting Patong!

Siempre me quedo en Baipho

Es la segunda vez que me quedo en este hotel y El personal es muy atento y muy amable , el lugar está muy bien relación calidad precio , volveré seguramente muchas más veces, me encanta este lugar y su gente!

Por poner algo podría decir del ruido de la habitación lo único que se escucha el aire acondicionado , por lo demás todo correcto

Good stay

Staff were friendly, location perfect for me and quiet end of street. Room and bathroom ok. Shower was good with hot water. Excellent value for me and I have booked to stay there again.

The safe was unable to be used first night but was ok next day. Shower area was a bit small. Balcony was small and view of a brick wall but was ok to dry clothes. I don't smoke so not a real issue.
