Excellent resort, perfect for a short break.

Perfect for a short getaway break. The excellent Staff were friendly, well-trained and could speak English. Our room was large, clean and comfortable with an enormous balcony and a pleasant view. The bed was very comfortable. Everything in the room worked as it should. The breakfast was very good - a combination of a la carte and buffet. The restaurant is very good and offers a wide choice of Western dishes. We were shuttled to/from the ferry port free of charge. We rented a scooter at the resort (300 Baht/day). Be aware Ko Sichang is a small island and not really geared for tourists - for example there are no beaches. It has its charms, but you can see everything you could possibly want to see in 2 or 3 days at the most. We have visited the island a few times, but this was our first stay at Somewhere - it is definitely the best resort the island has to offer. Good quality Western food is, as far as I know, only available at Somewhere or, for a change of scenery, 'Pan and David's' restaurant (closed on Wednesdays) which is a 5-minute walk from Somewhere.

Everything was good.

ทุกอย่างดีมาก แต่ระเบียงห้องพักยังไม่ค่อยสะอาด บริเวณหัวเตียง มีหยากไย่ แต่ไม่มาก ควรใส่ใจในมุมเล็กๆค่ะ

Hôtel aussi charmant que l’île et ses habitants, énorme coup de cœur !

Le personnel est adorable et très aidant ! L’hôtel est idéalement situé à côté du port et du petit « centre ville » avec les supérettes de proximité. L’hôtel est charmant, vibe un peu vintage très agréable. La piscine est très agréable ainsi que le petit jardin

Les chambres ont un peu vieilli et mériteraient d être rénovées dans les années à venir, mais tout était nickel !

Нам понравилось абсолютно всё! Это отличный отель с отличным сервисом! Чистый бассейн, прекрасные номера с отличным видом ( у нас был номер на 2м этаже). Милый приветливый и отзывчивый персонал. Очень тронуло то, что они поздравили дочь с днём рождения, когда мы пришли вечером поужинать. Было очень неожиданно и очень приятно!

Somewhere is another home away from home...

A small but excellent 20 room Hotel with a pool, where we enjoyed the best room of the hotel with a view on the sea. Great and reasonably priced restaurant and the first day breakfast offered buffet with wide food selection.

As the occupancy of the hotel declined, so did the breakfast choice. Possibly a small rate reduction for the first floor may may increase its popularity as this floor does not enjoy the sea view but still offers spacious rooms.
