Jacky DonovanAlleinreise · Oct 13Exceeded my expectations. The room is comfortable and a good size, and the kitchen is pretty well equipped. The wifi is good. The staff are helpful and friendly. The rooftop pool is lovely. The location is great as the hotel is close to Asok BTS and all the shops, restaurants, cafes of Sukhumvit.
The TV channels aren't always reliable, but it's only a minor issue.

Terminal 21 is only a five-minute walk away, making it very convenient for shopping, dining, and public transportation. The rooftop swimming pool is nice, and the washing machines are especially useful during the rainy season. The staff are very helpful and responsive, promptly delivering anything we needed, even late at night. A very pleasant and convenient place to stay in Bangkok!

JavierReise als Paar · Sep 5El alojamiento es muy básico, pero cumple la función de alguien que va a estar 3 días en Bangkok para turismo y necesita un sitio donde ducharse, dormir y tener sus pertenencias. La ubicación es buena para conectar con el metro aunque la zona en sí es muy ajetreada (en el hotel no hay demasiado ruido porque está en una calle cercana y no en el corazón del movimiento). La habitación estaba limpia y era espaciosa, con su nevera y una mini cocina, que no utilizamos. El personal era correcto, aunque no resolvieron el problema que tuvimos de que nos dieron una habitación de fumadores habiendo reservado NO fumadores. Nos informaron de esto una vez ya habíamos hecho el pago, lo cual nos pareció bastante mal.
Como digo, lo peor fue la sorpresa de haber reservado para no fumadores y que finalmente nos diesen una habitación de fumadores. El olor de la planta en la que estábamos era desagradable, a humedad y tabaco, aunque la habitación no olía, afortunadamente. La cama era algo incómoda, el colchón era de muelles y debía de ser viejo. No son “grandes” problemas, pero sí cosas a tener en cuenta. También está claro que la relación calidad/precio es imbatible.
