quality is getting worse. Internet was not working at all (like last time) and in general the rooms need some maintenance. Shower, bed, etc...

Everything the hotel has to offer is amazing! The one thing I dislike is the type of tourists that it has attracted. More and more I've been seeing cheap tourist, the kind that share one meal so is not to pay for more. The kind that want everything for a discounted price. The kind that don't like to shower and often smell bad... You know who I'm talking about... unfortunately, Pattaya has become a little new Delhi. Hopefully it can be Thai again soon.

Had to ask for house keeping sometimes and it wasn't great cleaning. Hair and crumbles on the floor.

The lobby air conditioners were also leaking water, and the luggage staff was not helpful.
