HannahAlleinreise · Sep 17Ruhige Gegend aber trotzdem ist man sofort im Zentrum, schöner Pool, sehr komfortables Bett Super nettes und hilfsbereites Personal. Günstiger Wäscheservice.
Baustelle nebenan - hat mich persönlich aber überhaupt nicht gestört. Keine Seife im Bad, man muss zum Duschgel greifen

Les chambres sont vétustes, abîmés et paraissent sales. Nous avions une chambre avec une clim dont le battant était cassé et fuyait des gouttes d’eau toute la nuit. Heureusement le lendemain ils nous ont donné une nouvelle chambre après réclamation. Les serviettes puent l’humidité et ne sont pas changer quand ils font la chambre. Il n’y a même pas de petite serviette pour s’essuyer les mains ou les cheveux… L’hôtel d’en face est en travaux de 8:00 à 17:00, c’est mal insonorisé donc vous entendez tout litterallement des travaux… Vous n’avez aucune intimité, il y a énormément de vis à vis avec les autres chambres et même en journée si vous ne fermez pas les rideaux on vous voit… Comparé à d’autres logements que j’ai eu en Thaïlande, celui ci était cher et peu qualitatif….

Por la noche no hay luz en un trozo del camino de vuelta , las motos no te ven y no hay ninguna vivienda en esa parte ( no es un trozo muy grande pero estaría bien que lo iluminarán).

Un pelín caro por el precio que tiene, de las estancias más caras que hemos pagado en Tailandia y la más sencilla. El baño apenas tiene iluminación.

Not so clean hotel. Renovated quite long time ago. Actually - it is open space, thus, staying of the first floor I did not feel so safe during the night.
PedroReise als Paar · Sep 2La habitación estaba muy sucia. Tanto las sábanas como el suelo o los muebles estaban en malas condiciones y con mucho polvo y manchas evidentes de suciedad. Aun así, lo peor era el baño, que presentaba una falta de limpieza evidente. Además, había un olor desagradable en toda la habitación. La situación nos pareció totalmente inaceptable, por lo que decidimos marcharnos prácticamente nada más llegar. De los tres días que teníamos reservados, apenas permanecimos una hora en el alojamiento. Solicitamos el reembolso debido a las condiciones de la habitación. La propia chica de recepción nos indicó que no habría ningún problema y que simplemente debíamos enviarles un mensaje a través de Booking para gestionar la devolución. Sin embargo, han pasado ya cinco días y no hemos recibido ninguna respuesta. A pesar de haber seguido exactamente las indicaciones que nos dieron en recepción, desde entonces simplemente han ignorado nuestros mensajes. Consideramos que, dadas las condiciones del alojamiento y teniendo en cuenta que no pudimos disfrutar de nuestra estancia por motivos directamente relacionados con la falta de higiene, corresponde que se nos realice el reembolso solicitado.

De matrassen waren redelijk hard.
