Spacious comfortable room with great views of the sea and Patong.

Seaview room has great views of Patong and the sea. Room is spacious with toaster and microwave. Bed is comfortable. Staff are always trying to be helpful when assistance is needed.

There were some minor maintenance issues and water was switched off for a short time, but no huge inconvenience. Room is cleaned and new towels etc are given on request. Some guests may prefer more frequent cleaning etc but I didn’t mind the more relaxed pace here. Pool is quite small, but in a nice setting.

Wonderful stay in this hotel that really made me feel at home.

The property offers an incredible view of Patong bay! The room was really cosy and clean and the whole hotel itself has a chill atmosphere that makes you comfortable instantly! The staff is incredibly kind and helpful. This place really feels like at home. Lots of cats are roaming around and makes the place feels even more peaceful and magical. I had the privilege to be visited by a kitten that I named poppy, and I will never forget this amazing experience. Kind people and wonderful nature and animals. I will definitely come back again as soon as I’m in Phuket again. I recommend this hotel for your stay, it’s really worth it !

There is literally nothing that I disliked about his place. Everyone is so friendly and makes you feel like you’re a part of a big family.

Burmese staff poorly trained. abuses even guests. When asked to fix AC, lady said you are idiot..

The staff's manner was really bad. Seems they came out of Jungle life to work in town. It was the first time I was abused when availing services.

Very spacious with wonderful views. Appreciated the extras- kitchen equipment, balcony, tables and chairs. Loved the pool. Front desk manager was great and very helpful.

Rather worn. Would have been good to have a few extra kitchen items - dishwash liquid, Teatowel.. This apartment is a long way from town and beach.

Na pewno bardzo pomocny personel. Możliwość zostawienia walizki po wymeldowaniu. Możliwe tez wcześniejgo zakwaterowania. Dobrze działająca klimatyzacja . Wygodne łóżko. Darmowa woda Widok na morze z punktu obserwacji. Kupno piwa na miejscu. Ogólnie na parę dni wystarczająy taki 3 gwiazdowy hotel .

Bez auta lub motoru niestety wszędzie daleko i pod górę i to bardzo stromą. Obok jest restauracja ale wiadomo ceny wyższe niż w zwykłym sklepie. Zapach stechlizny po wejsciu, widok z okna na wysypane śmieci. Trochę odrapane ściany pasowało by obmalować. Mały basen. Mały tv . Sejf można dostać ale nie przykręcony do ściany wiec nie daje żadnego bezpieczeństwa.
