AninaAlleinreise · Jul 17Luxuriös, eigene kleine süsse Villa, sehr ruhige Lage, extrem schöne Einrichtung, romantisch, unkompliziert, zuverlässiges und sehr höfliches, aufmerksames und herzliches Personal!
Sie ist nicht so gut erreichbar, da kein Bus, Zug oder Grab da hin fährt, man sollte wenn man kein Auto mietet im Voraus mit dem Resprt vereinbaren, dass es einen abholt und nach dem Aufenthalt wieder wo hin zurückfährt, das hat super geklappt.

Middle of nowhere with no access to go anywhere else accept the resort which was fairly expensive compared to the rest of Thailand. The curtains were so thin that the sun woke us up every morning at 6:30 am.

Food was well below par for the price. Breakfast was ordinary. The resort is a bit unloved with tiles loose or missing from the main pool and smaller pools.

Ho trovato molta trascuratezza nei dettagli più importanti come la piscina e la zona limitrofa. A casa dell’impossibilità di trovare un grab che ci accompagnasse nella nostra escursione già prenotata siamo rimasti tutto il giorno in struttura e per circa due ore è mancata la corrente. Quindi non funzionava nulla e nessuno della struttura si è preoccupato di avvisarci, darci aggiornamenti o qualche plus per il disturbo. Siamo andati noi più volte a chiedere aggiornamenti e questo credo, sopratutto per una struttura di questo livello. I servizi messi a disposizione dalla struttura quali taxi privato o spa hanno dei costi decisamente alti per la Thailandia

We didn't have access to the pool near the suite we booked which was misleading as we were told we had pool view/access. The pool we did have access to was a bit dirty and there was lots of missing tiles so we were worried about cutting our feet.

We stayed during rainy season when it’s hot and a swim sounds nice. However, the pool water was too dirty to swim in. Also, my kid broke a soap dispenser and I was charged 900 baht, which is a wild price for what it was and about a third of what I paid per night. The amount just seemed petty and unreasonable.

Niets.. Alles is wel aanwezig. Als je zelf drinken, snackje of iets anders wil is het handig omvooraf even naar de 7/11 te gaan. Maar verder... top!!!
