Three Trees Samui Resort - Sarocha Villa

Sehr schönes Hotel und super freundliche, aufmerksame Mitarbeiter! Zu unseren Flitterwochen wurde unser Zimmer auch schön dekoriert und wir wurden sehr herzlich empfangen :) Zimmer sind auch sehr sauber und geräumig. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

The staff wa really super friendly and always smiling. So big applause to them for being nice and helpful.

There was no phone in the room to call the reception, the toilet didnt flush very well. Ans without a motorbike it isnt easy to go everywhere, luckily the provide motorbikes gor rent.

Lovely staff (although english is more limited than it seems at first), great property -- we loved our room and how boutique it is, it is a bit off the touristy path which we like and didn't mind grabbing to/from other areas for dinner. Comfy beds. This is a 3-star place, don't expect lots of extras like toothbrush or individual tolietries. Also, breakfast has a variety of choices but still managed to be limited.

The shower holder could be replaced to be a bit more adjustable to avoid the water spray coming straight at you (there is no way to adjust for height unless you just use it as a hand hold) and also getting it all over the floor. A minimum fix to make the stay even better. Good shower pressure though.

Un séjour absolument parfait ! Le personnel est adorable, toujours souriant, attentionné et bienveillant. On se sent tout de suite les bienvenus ! Le petit-déjeuner est délicieux, la piscine offre une vue incroyable et les masseuses sont vraiment au top. La chambre était d’une propreté irréprochable. Tout était réuni pour passer un excellent séjour. Nous recommandons cet établissement les yeux fermés !

The breakfast was excellent, with a really good variety of options. Unfortunately, that was the only highlight of my stay.

I honestly don’t understand all the glowing reviews. The bungalow and the property in general felt quite outdated, and the room was extremely noisy. The restaurant staff didn’t seem particularly friendly or welcoming, although this may have been due to the language barrier. Still, the overall atmosphere felt rather uncomfortable. I also asked if I could check out just one hour later and even offered to pay extra, but was told it wasn’t possible because another guest was arriving. Strangely enough, when I checked online, my exact bungalow was still available to book. I’ve stayed in several places across Thailand, and this was definitely one of the less pleasant experiences. Something about the whole place just felt off.

Stayed here for 2 nights in Lamai and absolutely loved the experience. The villa is beautiful, private and peaceful, with a lovely beach right in front of the property. The beach feels very private, almost like it was just for us. However, the water is quite deep, so it’s not really suitable for swimming or playing in the sea. The check-in experience itself felt like a 5-star stay. The service was excellent, and all the staff were very friendly and helpful. They provide buggy service to and from the rooms, and they were always happy to assist without any complaints. The swimming pools are beautiful, with an amazing view for watching the sunset. Breakfast was also excellent and definitely one of the highlights of our stay. For payment, they don’t accept Alipay. Card payments are available but with an additional charge, otherwise cash is accepted. The only downside is the location—it’s quite far from the busy areas and main attractions. But if you’re looking for a quiet, private and relaxing holiday, this is definitely a place to consider. There are no water activities directly at this beach, so you’ll need to travel a little further for those. The fire show is also available only on Friday nights. Overall, a beautiful and peaceful stay with excellent service, great pools and a lovely private beach.

It is located at a very busy Main Street. There is not a really good walkway to get to Lamai so you sometimes walk on the road. You have to walk for around 15 minutes to get to the next 7eleven.
