ElenaReise mit Familie · May 4Das Resort ist wirklich wunderschön gestaltet, mit liebevoll eingerichteten, charmanten Bungalows. Es fehlt an nichts – alles, was man für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt braucht, ist vorhanden. Der Strand ist bequem in kurzer Zeit zu erreichen. Zudem war alles sehr sauber, und wir hatten keinerlei Probleme mit ungebetenen Gästen.

Le personnel n’est pas très aimable si vous avez des questions oubliez et pour les services bah faut déjà trouver le personnel des fois l’hôtel est désert , matelas très dur

Dommage qu'il n'y ait pas de petit déjeuner, l'emplacement est vraiment loin de tout, très cher pour bouger en bateau, rien à faire aucune animation le soir il faut prendre un bateau pour aller au centre. La plage n'est accessible que sur une toute petite partie car le reste est pour les hôtels. Et les bungalow auraient besoin d'un bon rafraîchissement ! While they were hard to reach before we got to Thailand, when we were actually there he was very responsive and kind. He accomodated all of our requests and arranged transport to and from Ba Kao Bay and the main part of Phi Phi. The rooms were spacious and the location was quite central to all of the restaurants and stores. They also had an onsite laundry service which despite being a little bit pricier than what I've paid at other places, was very nice and fast. I enjoyed my stay.
In one of our bungalows (we booked two), there was fire ants. HOWEVER, the staff were super accomodating and cleaned it immediately. The bungalows itself were very clean, but that was the only downside we had to it. The shower pressure was also not that great, and the shower itself is not separated from the toilet (the toilet gets wet when showering), but that was honestly kind of expected living in the smaller part of the island.
