Sauberkeit8,6

Staff repeatedly praised (front desk, bellboys, named employees) as helpful, friendly and professional, with smooth check-in/out and attentive service.Lage10

Rooms described as spacious, comfortable (good beds) and generally very clean; multiple guests specifically praised room size and comfort.Ausstattung8,4
Rooftop pool and bar are a standout and breakfast is often praised, but some communal finishes are noted as below top-tier and parts (restaurant) were closed for renovation.Preis-Leistung7,6
Mixed signals on value: most guests satisfied, but at least one noted better hotels in the area for the same price, so value is slightly below other categories.Essen und Getränke8,8

We booked a room for 5 and they wanted us to pay an additional fee for the 5th person’s bed
