Shower faucet handle is very loose and the temperature of water is impossible to control. I also had an issue with the shower a few months ago in a Village Austria villa, which I explained to the owner. This was my second time staying at a Village Austria villa, and I was upgraded to the four bedroom unit. I was disappointed that the kitchen did not have the same space as the three bedroom unit. There was very little counter space for food preparation. The water in the kitchen sink and also the bathroom was very slow to drain. Maybe they need to have maintenance inspect the plumbing. The interior furnishings are not the most comfortable. Of course this is a rental villa, so perhaps this is why they have lower end furniture, but the daily rate for these villas is NOT lower end. There is only the television in the main living room. I would expect a villa to have a television in at least one of the bedrooms. The villa is directly across from a bar and restaurant, which I do not like. Of course I enjoyed the swimming pool, but I have no idea of the Ph and chlorine level. Maybe I am expected to bring my own water testing kit. Every hotel that I stay in has a sign next to the pool that shows the Ph and chlorine level.

Pool cleaners came a like early. We’re missed the WhatsApp message giving instructions for key pick up, a little confusing on arrival.

BumboldReise in der Gruppe · Dec 19its in very good location not too close to the nightlife, but not too far from it. Very close to the sea and just right beside the villa there was food court. 7eleven just 5 mins walk. Also, the staff were friendly.
AndrewReise in der Gruppe · Dec 18The property was well maintained and the facilities were excellent. To say the accommodation was spacious would be an understatement, I can’t praise it enough. It’s in an excellent location, nice and quiet but really close to everything you need. The staff are brilliant, the complimentary items you get when you arrive are a nice touch. They even supply your drinking water for the duration of your stay.
I can’t say a bad word about the place.

NayelaReise in der Gruppe · Oct 9Wij verbleven met vijf personen in Villa Village Austria en hebben een fantastische tijd gehad. De villa was schoon, ruim en van alle gemakken voorzien. Er zijn drie ruime slaapkamers, elk met een comfortabel tweepersoonsbed. Daarnaast is er nog een slaapbank beschikbaar, maar die hebben wij niet gebruikt. De villa beschikt over twee nette badkamers met grote douches en één badkamer met een bad. Alles was keurig schoon en werd goed onderhouden zelfs het zwembad werd dagelijks gereinigd. Als we wilden dat de villa tussendoor werd schoongemaakt, hoefden we dat alleen maar 24 uur van tevoren aan te geven. Dit werd dan meteen geregeld. Alles was super goed georganiseerd en het personeel was ontzettend behulpzaam. Wanneer we een vraag hadden, reageerden ze direct via WhatsApp of kwamen ze persoonlijk langs. De foto's op de website doen de villa eigenlijk geen recht — in werkelijkheid is het nog mooier en ruimer. We waren erg blij dat we voor deze accommodatie hadden gekozen, en na vijf dagen wilden we eigenlijk nog helemaal niet weg. Ook fijn: er kwamen geen onverwachte kosten bij tijdens het uitchecken, wat je helaas bij andere villa’s nog weleens hoort. We mochten zelfs een uur later uitchecken zonder extra kosten. Als je nog later wilt uitchecken, mag je je bagage gewoon in de villa achterlaten. De ligging is ook perfect. In de buurt zijn verschillende winkels, zoals 7-Eleven, en leuke plekjes om te ontbijten, lunchen of dineren. Je kunt er heerlijk rondlopen en er zijn volop massagesalons en gezellige markten op loopafstand. Kortom: een prachtige, ruime villa met een goede prijs-kwaliteitverhouding. Wij zouden hier zeker nog een keer willen verblijven!
Na een paar dagen was helaas 1 toilet verstopt geraakt. Gelukkig hadden wij in de villa nog een andere toilet die wij konden gebruiken.
