Viviane CristinaAlleinreise · Sep 16O hotel é excelente, fiquei só 2 dias nesse em Chiang Rai, mas já estava hospedada por algumas semanas em uma unidade de Bangkok e o padrão de qualidade do hotel é impecável em todos os aspectos, mesmo a unidade de Chiang Rai estando em uma cidade menor, a estrutura, a limpeza, as comodidades e a gentileza dos funcionários mantém o mesmo padrão de excelência da rede. Eles sempre deixam 2 garrafas de água no quarto (quem dera isso fosse uma prática em hotéis do Brasil), tem máquina de café e expressos na recepção liberado pela manhã para os hóspedes, a estrutura do prédio é nova e muito bem mantida, o banheiro em perfeito estado, chuveiro ótimo, toalhas e roupas de cama tudo limpo e impecável e os funcionários são muito gentis, o hotel fica bem localizado, tem restaurantes pertinho, 7-11 bem completa também próxima, farmácia, lojas e fica perto do chiang rai nigth bazaar.

Avevo espressamente richiesto un letto matrimoniale, e ci hanno dato due singoli senza scuse né spiegazioni. Non era pulitissimo. Lo staff non era particolarmente cordiale. C’era un gran via vai di giovani ragazze locali la sera tardi che entravano e uscivano dall’hotel, che ci ha messo un po’ a disagio.

La habitación para una persona bien pero algo justa para dos personas con sus respectivas maletas.
