The lady at reception wasn’t very friendly or pro active, eating most of the time, never welcomed or farewelled guests.I’ve stayed here many times and is the first time that a staff member has been like this. Not suited for hospitality, quite grumpy lady.

Aircon was super loud so that even with earbuds I couldn't sleep. The sockets were very loose all over the room, so to charge anything you had to build a tower to hold the adapter steady. Early check in costs extra.
