KI-ZusammenfassungOverall experience balances strong location, good staff and great views against notable negatives (cleanliness, WiFi, noise, pool issues), resulting in a generally positive stay with some important drawbacks.

Sauberkeit5,5
Multiple reviews report very poor cleanliness (rooms described as very dirty, mold on sheets, stained pillows), indicating significant housekeeping problems.
Service9,5
Service is generally praised (friendly/helpful staff at check-in and breakfast, positive staff comments), though isolated incidents of rude behaviour and poor food-delivery interactions were reported.
Lage9,5
Location consistently praised as excellent and central, close to the beach and attractions; many guests highlight the convenience and beach access.
Zimmer8,0
Mixed room quality: some guests loved the junior suite with a wide 180° ocean view and comfortable beds; others reported small rooms, old fixtures, and impractical furnishings.
Ausstattung7,0
Amenities have issues: pool is too shallow and uncomfortably warm according to guests, and WiFi is repeatedly reported as poor; pool-side facilities exist but pool experience is below expectations.
Preis-Leistung7,0
Value is questioned by several guests (e.g., expensive breakfast for limited variety, perception that facilities do not match 5-star pricing), indicating weaker perceived value.
Essen und Getränke8,5
Breakfast and F&B are generally well regarded for taste and presentation, though variety is limited and there are specific complaints (e.g., low-quality chicken sausages).

N/A

The room did not match the description. Thus, I refused the room and left. Nonetheless, I was charge for one night, even if the issue was the room (The staff recognized that and contacted booking.com, but they were not able to provide an alternative). Moreover, most of the pictures in booking.com are purposely misleading. The pool and gym are very small and rather worn out. Not recommended.
