Chad OlivaAlleinreise · Sep 15The hotel is right at the heart of the cheap and good quality shopping and food is cooked infront of you. You will never go hungry. Would reco this hotel if you are on a budget. Clean and not noisy. Very convenient and lots of 7-11 stores. We booked a triple sharing room with my siblings.
There was a water interuption during our stay. Maybe there was a problem with the water system but was acted immediately.
SurianaAlleinreise · Sep 14The location is great. Alot of halal food near the hotel. The front desk staff, Fern was very good. Seemless check in by her even though we arrived after midnight. She also speak good English. Another staff, the bellboy named Kung also give very good service. He goes the extra mile to shelter us with big umbrella and walk together with us to the 7-11 when it was raining heavily. Very rare to get this kind of service at other hotels.
Nothing except the bed that we get is old and torn. Informed Fern about it and she immediately informed the housekeeping to change for us. Otherwise everything was great.
LinggoAlleinreise · Sep 13Staffs are very accommodating and friendly. They meet our expectations. Very satisfying service and I will come back again here.

The photo in the booking and the actual room is different . The booking shows the room so large and nice. But when I want there . The room is actually very small . And my room didn't have windows to open.
