Great hotel for the price!!

Grounds were very beautiful. Breakfast was pretty good but undercooked. Had a later dinner at the hotel and the meal was good but expensive. Room was very nice and housekeeping turned the room over every day. Was able to keep A/C running when we were away from room. Seemed like a pretty good location. Staff was great and beyond eager to help with all of our requests. Would definitely stay here again.

Shower had mold in the tile grout. No ATM on site. Hotel was located too far away for pick up by 2 out of the 3 tour companies, so we had to take a taxi to another hotel for pickup and drop-off. Extra service fees for on site restaurant were very high.

Beautiful resort , lovely staff , we had a great time , we will come back for sure

The breakfast seems to be too pricey, the location is a bit remote from the old city

Quiet stay in Chiang mai

The hotel was clean and quiet, and access to the pool made our stay unforgettable. Hotel staff are polite, and we enjoyed happy hour by the pool. The breakfast buffets were great (Thai, Western, and healthy options). We also ate dinner at the restaurant, and their foods (kao soi noodles, Hung Lay, and mango with sticky rice) were great. We ate there twice.

The hotel is a bit out of town ( 10-15 min taxi ride, depending on the traffic) so if you like to stay in town to enjoy night life, it may not be the place for you.

Great place. Would definitely return

The staff were amazing and very accommodating. They even decorated the bedroom for my wife's birthday. The pool is great. It's a short drove from the old town. The breakfast is decent.

We booked on booking.com for 2 adults and a child, but when we arrived at the hotel we were told we would have to pay around £25 a night for an extra bed.

We were stunned when we arrived by the service and the entire outlook of the resort.

The most beautiful hotel we have ever stayed in. The garden is magical, room is excellent. The reastaurant is also delicious.

It’s a little far from the city. The brekfast was partially buffet, but the fresh warm meals (e.g. omlett, thai food) had to be ordered from the menu, probably because there wasn’t enough gustes at the time. It was still delicious and highly recommend the resort!
