The bed was made nicely but the mattress was fine in the room our two sons had, but in our room there wasn't a mattress..... it was the box spring or mattress foundation. We were tired and got some rest but didn't speak the same language so we didn't know how to explain it to the staff. I'm sure they would have offered us a different room if we had.

Expedia did not tell property we were coming. Had to wait over 30 minutes to be given room. No food.
