Slow Check out of abt 20 mins. Nothing wrong with a deposit but should have been communicated in advance. A bit of excess regulations but apparently necessary for some clientel.

อยากให้ปรับเวลาเข้าที่พัก เพราะบางทีลูกค้าบางท่านอาจติดธุระทำให้ไปล่าช้ามากๆ เลยอยากให้ปรับเป็นเข้าเวลาไหน ก็ให้ออกเวล่นั้นน่ะค่ะถ้าพอเป็นไปได้นะคะ

The pictures of Rooms that are seen in Booking.com are not an accurate indication of what is actually available. The Room was much older in real life. Entry to the Room requires a large key that you have to carry with you. There is no card or scan process. The TV didn’t work, the toilet was broken and the Couch was uncomfortable with a big rip in it. The gym was locked and reception didn’t have a key. When I checked out, I had to wait over 30 minutes to receive my Security Deposit. The Reception has no cash on site and I had to wait for 30 minutes for the Facility Manager to arrive to return my cash deposit. I nearly missed my connecting bus to my next destination. The cost for my stay is very overpriced, given the facilities on offer.

This is a very unwelcoming place for visitors. Lots of signs everywhere stating it is illegal to rent daily or weekly. Despite the nice pools there are no loungers available for guests like us. There was a pile of loungers under lock and chain stating they were for owners only. I was told by staff that my wife and I could not get any because we are not owners. We wasted a whole day communicating with the owner who eventually agreed to provide us with chairs. They were not loungers but we did appreciate being able to sit near the pool and the beach. The fitness centre is also under lock and key for owners only. This is the most unwelcoming place I have stayed at and regret going there. The pictures in the ad include pictures of the property next door. There are also lots of families who appear to be staying long term and there are lots of babies and young children. Not the type of resort in the ad.
