Uns hat nicht so gut gefallen, dass die Gäste die Drinks im Pool tranken. Außerdem ist der Strand vor dem Hotel relativ schmal und die meisten Gäste sind daher am Pool. Ein Hotel für coole Leute, wir brauchen das nicht ;-)

The variety of food, the excellent service provided by the entire team — from the reception staff in the lobby to the housekeeping team, kitchen staff, and bar staff — are all outstanding. The swimming pool is fantastic, and the beach is absolutely stunning, almost completely private. The location is also excellent, peaceful, and quiet. This is the second time we have stayed at this hotel. We were here two years ago, and there is absolutely no doubt that we will be back again!

AbbeyAlleinreise · Oct 12I’ve stayed in Koh Samui 3 times over the last year in many hotels and resorts and this is the best accomodation on the island. The staff are so hospitable. Due to unforeseen circumstances I had to extend my stay here after checking out and the staff were just absolutely amazing and so accommodating (massive shoutout to Bee for taking care of me). I felt so relaxed at the resort. The property is beautiful. Awesome pool and beach. Awesome restaurant and happy hour. It really felt luxurious, every little detail accounted for from the welcome drink to nightly turndown service. Spa was amazing also (Nam and Po are the best). Rooms were so clean and an anti bed bug mattress which I always appreciate. Thank you again I will absolutely be back.

Being an adults-only resort, the atmosphere is incredibly peaceful, relaxed, and refined—exactly what we needed for our vacation. The beachfront setup and the iconic 50m infinity pool are stunning. Lounging poolside with a drink from the swim-up bar while taking in the views was easily a daily highlight. We ordered deluxe room that was spotless, spacious, and modern with super comfortable beds! Service team was exceptionally warm, attentive, and welcoming. They helped us organize transportation, scooter rentals, and recommendations seamlessly. The hotel located in Mae Nam, so it’s calm and serene, but only a short 5-minute drive or shuttle ride to Fisherman’s Village for dinner and local night market. In 200-500 meters (5-10 minutes of walk) many retaurants, cafe and bars with local and international cousine.

היו לנו 2 הפסקות חשמל במהלך 3 הימים שם, חוסר במים חמים במקלחת ובג׳קוזי, ציפו ממני להביא לידיעתם שהייתה הפסקת חשמל כדי שיטפלו בה אחרי שהראשונה נפתרה עצמאית כך שהסקנו שאין צורך לפנות אליהם וכתוצאה מכך היינו ללא חשמל לילה שלם וסבלנו מחום, פנינו בנושא ולא קיבלנו מענה הולם או פיצוי. בנוסף כשיש גשמים כל הדרך לחדר המלון מוצפת וחייבים להוריד נעליים או שהם יתמלאו במים חבל שהתשתיות לא קצת יותר מפותחות שם.

Tzach AyalonReise mit Familie · Oct 9המלון חדיש, נעים, עם מתקנים נוחים עבור השוהים בו. הוא מתאים לבוגרים ולא לילדים כמובן. המלון נוח, צוות העובדים מסביר פנים, מחויך , נעים ונגיש. ארוחת הבוקר מול הים מדהימה עם שירות מעולה. הבריכה נעימה וכיפיית. החדרים ענקיים ונוחים, שומרים על ניקיון וסדר פעמיים ביום. המיקום נוח כ- 15 דקות מכפר הדייגים.
