yossiReise mit Familie · Aug 26Direk the landlord and Kaan the cleaning lady were so attentive and helpful with everything Daily laundry service was great! Spacious En-suite rooms. LOCATION! LOCATION LOCATION! the flat is on One-nimman (starting the walking street) and 200 meters from Maya mall Sir Direk also gave us a private farewell ride to the airport :)
The balconies were less inviting. There were some ants, but this is Thailand after all :) The little things in the bathrooms like the shower heads and curtains could use a touch up. Direk was kind enough to replace some for us :) None of these took away our enjoyment of this great place.
LE CHEQUERAlleinreise · Jul 22Grande maison, très propre, chambres confortables. 7 places dans de vrais lits avec une bonne literie + 3 places pour enfants dans des canapés lits. Hôte très réactif par message. Le ménage est fait tous les jours dans la cuisine et le salon, ainsi que la lessive. Eau en bouteille fournie. Emplacement dans un quartier moderne et vivant, mais peu de bruit dans la maison car elle est dans une impasse.
Le seul point négatif est la piscine qui est plutôt un grand jacuzzi dont la mosaïque se détache et devient dangereuse (notre fille s'est coupée et a eu besoin d'un point de suture, 7 jours sans baignade pour elle).

RyanReise mit Familie · Jul 3住宿地點超棒。吃的、按摩、購物都非常方便，走路大概約5~10分鐘大概甚麼都有了。若是需要夜店High的話，隔兩條街就到，但是晚上住在這卻不會感到吵雜。小孩玩水玩得非常開心，客廳也可以讓小孩玩樂；廚房是個很棒的空間，可以下廚也可以外面買回來大家一起坐在餐桌上進食；房間還算舒適，以此次家庭6大3小來說夠住。接待人員也很客氣~
打掃清潔沒有自動整理，能理解人員應該是不想打擾到家庭住宿，或許我們也沒有主動告知需求吧，但是這一點只是個人體驗，並沒有真的影響到住宿體驗。
PrashanthReise mit Familie · Jan 3We were a party of 7 people and we had a great time here. Direk the host was gracious and responsive. He was there to receive us, give us the keys and provide a tour of the place. He offered us the neighboring facility to store our baggage the day of our departure. He even helped us transfer our baggage. The house is nice and comfortable. It is spacious and has good facilities. Every room has a TV and AC. The location is outstanding. Everything - cafes, bars, restaurants, Massage places and Maya Mall are within walking distance.
These is a small issue. But hot water is only available in the shower (there is a hand shower) and not in the sinks. The water in the sink in the bathrooms is cold.

ChrisReise mit Familie · Dec 9Spacious and great location close to many great restaurants and just a few minutes to a good grocery store. A short tuk tuk ride into the center of Chiang Mai. The pool/hot tub was great in the evening.
The home is showing its age, but all in all is in pretty good shape.

Dom trochę zapuszczony, brudne tarasy, klejące się meble w kuchni, brak ciepłej wody w kuchni. Przy tak brudnym kraju czystość w domu dla turysty to powinna być podstawa. Szkoda, bo dom ma olbrzymi potencjał, nawet na 10 gwiazdek.
