Niemals 4 Sterne. Es handelt sich um ein Guesthouse im Thai Stil. Frühstück sehr schlecht. Nur Toast und Eier. Kein Restaurant. Schuhe müssen vor dem Guesthouse ausgezogen werden. Geschirr vom Frühstück muss selbst weggebracht werden. Personal ist sehr unfreundlich. Zimmer sind sehr klein. Alles in allem kein Hotel sondern ein Guesthouse. Völlig überteuert uns niemals 4 Sterne, da es sich um ein Guesthouse handelt.

In 20 years coming to Thailand this has to be the worst experience I've had with a hotel the room was a box no windows no chairs. Customer service zero ask for a refund still waiting. Had to move hotel at a extra cost.

When people on vacation in different country and pay for it, they need some help from stuff that ready and happy to help. I have been travel around the world, stay at minimal hotel and 4-5 star hotel. They always smile and ask how our night and if there anything they can do forthr guest, but Im get it not from this hotel. They seems need to get some training for the job they have. Im disappointed..

ไม่ชอบที่ต้องถอดรองเท้าก่อนเดินไปถึงห้องพักถ้ารู้ก่อนว่าต้องถอดรองเท้าตั้งแต่ข้างล่างเดินขึ้นไปถึงห้องพักก็จะไม่จองไปพัก และตอนจอง ขอเป็นเตียงเดี่ยวสองเตียงวิวแม่น้ำแต่สิ่งที่ได้พอไปถึงจะให้ไปพักห้องชั้นล่างมองไม่เห็นวิวแม่น้ำเลยต้องขอเปลี่ยนห้องขึ้นไปอยู่ชั้นส สองแต่ก็ไม่ได้เตียงเดี่ยวสองเตียงได้เป็นเตียงใหญ่หนึ่งเตียงคือเค้าไม่ได้สนใจใส่ใจเลยว่าจะทำให้ลูกค้าพึงพอใจในเมื่อได้เก็บเงินไปเรียบร้อยแล้ว

The breakfast was quite disappointing considering the room price. There wasn't much variety—just panned eggs or a standard American breakfast with fried eggs. The sausages were mediocre, the ham was quite tough, and they only offered basic bread with a bit of jam and a limited salad bar. They serve drip coffee, and apparently, there’s more variety on weekends than on weekdays. As for parking, there are spaces available but no roof, so your car ends up sitting in the sun. It would be great if they invested in some shading.
