The room was smaller than the picture. It was dirty and the neighbors were extremely loud all night and into the early part of the day. The couch has a hole in it. We checked out less than 24 hours after arrival.
EvgenyReise mit Familie · Dec 30The place is simply amazing to be honest. It is cosy, clean and reminds of some european apartment. It is clean and very comfortable, bathroom is good, water flow in shower is great and washing machine works well. There are 3 aircons for this apartment. We were staying with 2 children, and they felt completely perfect and loved their temporary home! Also the district is great to discover Bangkok from both touristic and local side. Easy access to city Center by taxi or some walk.

WimReise mit Familie · Nov 3The location is very good - situated near BTS and with a 7-11 and multiple cafés and restaurants nearby. The kitchen was reasonably equipped (for our intentions) with a reasonably big fridge, a watercooker, a microwave, some plates, some bowls, some glasses and cups, and some cutlery. With two people we had enough of everything, a party of four might not be able to say the same. Note that from-scratch cooking isn't really an option here, and knives aren't available either. The water tap in the kitchen is cold water only, so for dishes you might want to use the watercooker.
Hygiene was the primary issue. Dust and cobwebs in some places, the sofa was downright filthy, and the kitchen hood was greasy and dusty - see attached photos. The two bedrooms are mostly seperated, but the wall between them doesn't quite connect to the window frame - there's a gap of a centimeter or so - allowing sound and air con temperature to bleed through. There are also some mechanical defects like the bathroom sink dripping constantly (meaning that the water pump runs frequently), and the sliding doors of one of the two bedrooms not quite closing completely.
SzymonReise als Paar · Mar 8Prawdziwe mieszkanie. Dobrze wyposażone i wygodne. Chcieliśmy w kilku miesięcznej podróży poczuć się chwilę jak w domu - było idealne do tego. Zrobiliśmy pranie i ugotowaliśmy domowy obiad, obejrzeliśmy film. Bardzo dobra lokalizacja i fajne restauracje w okolicy.
Faktycznie jak w innych komentarzach przydało by się dokładne sprzątanie. Są pajęczyny, kurz. Nic okropnego ani obrzydliwego, ale gdyby zgarnąć pajeczyny byłoby idealnie
