Es una pena que tenga que escribir este comentario de un hotel, pero que sirva de alerta para próximos viajeros, NO RESERVÉIS EN ESTE HOTEL. Nos llevamos una pésima estancia al encontrar un hotel sucio, mal cuidado, dejado y con falta de compromiso por parte del personal, las cucarachas campan a sus anchas por las habitaciones y lo peor de todo el olor a humedad INSANO. Tanto es así que tuvimos que irnos del hotel, lo reservamos para estar cuatro noches, parte de nuestra luna de miel , pero no se podía estar, el aire acondicionado no funcionaba y se nota que lo sabían porque había un ventilador que además de no dar nada de aire hacía un ruido ensordecedor, manchas de humedad y una villa que a pesar de ser la estrella del alojamiento no está bien cuidada, piscina sucia con desconchones que daba asco, una pena y una dejadez absoluta.

There was some smell coming out from the 2nd floor bathroom.

Staff was not supportive and talking in a well manner .they were keeping passport which is not good for international passengers .

the plugs didnt work much and they dont provide friendly plugs for international visitors. We have to personally buy our own adapter and could only charge at 1 plug. This was very inconvinient

7 jaar geleden was ik er ook, twee jaar geleden ook. Zeven jaar geleden was er wat muziek bij het zwembad. We zaten er tot 20.00 uur wat te drinken, leuk barpersoneel en nog even wat lekkers te eten bestellen. Dat mis ook nu. Geen muziek en volgens mij om 18.00 uur het zwembad met bar dicht.
