Check-in took us an incredible 90 minutes. Upon arrival the front desk was unable to locate our reservation as the agency did not provide room number for us. After calling many times, we were able to figure out the room number (with AI to find the phone number of the agency as the one they provided was not answered. Reception made us wait 50 minutes then informed us that they need an additional 40 minutes to clear the room, so we took our rooms much later. We asked to stay an hour longer but this was never confirmed with us. Rooms had no amenities at all, but a warning message to bring ours because skin allergy? No shower gel, no soap, no tissues or toilet paper. Not enough remote for the air conditioners. In between the two shower rooms one had no hot water at all. Light bulb was not working in the main room. Saw several cockroaches in the master bedroom that really surprised us as we got information that they just cleaned the room for us. Room had a view to pools, not sea as advertised. For the price we payed we really did not get a good value and I would recommend you to book a hotel nearby not a condominium. During the check-out process only the cleaning lady took our keys so there was no formal way to file a complaint.
